What your clients get

• Private app delivery: a branded portal on the client’s own web address for the client’s apps, from Apple Business Custom Apps to App Store apps. Private apps install on enrolled company iPhones and iPads, and Web Clips are sent to enrolled iPhones and iPads.
• Device management: enrolment, app installs on enrolled devices (the person may be asked to accept), settings, lost-device actions and update status for the client’s company devices.
• Release controls: Release Guard checks, Risk Forecast and Evidence Packs.
• Each client keeps its own Apple Business account, apps and licences.

Two ways to work with us

Each client is either a referral or a reseller client, not both. There is no joining fee and no minimum number of clients.

• Refer a client: you introduce a new client, and we sign them up, bill them in pounds sterling and support them by email in UK business hours. You keep what they pay us in their first year, and a share of their second year.
• Resell AppDeploy: you bill your client your way and give first-line support, and we back you up by email in UK business hours. You pay us nothing for a new client’s first year; after that, you buy at partner prices.
• A free partner workspace: a workspace of your own with every feature, to test AppDeploy and show it to clients.
• Rewards are for new clients you introduce and register with us before they sign up. Full terms are in a written partner agreement, and we may close the offer to new clients with notice.

How it works today

• Each client has its own AppDeploy workspace, with its own Apple Business connection and its own Apple push certificate.
• Your team needs a separate sign-in for each client’s workspace. There is no combined view across clients.
• Partner terms, referrals and billing are handled directly with us by email and call. There is no partner portal and no discount code.
• Support is by email, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 UK time.
• Prices are in pounds sterling. Your clients can be anywhere Apple Business is offered; check Apple’s feature list for each client’s country.
• Getting a free private app onto phones the client does not manage is still being checked on real devices. Until it is, we check the install route for each client’s app with you before anyone promises it.

Frequently asked questions

Can the portal carry our client’s brand?

Yes. Each client’s portal shows the client’s name and logo and can run on the client’s own web address.

Can we manage all our clients from one login?

No. Each client’s workspace has its own sign-in.

Which apps can we deliver?

Apps your client holds in Apple Business, including Custom Apps made for them, App Store apps, in-house apps and Web Clips. Each one installs on, or is sent to, the client’s enrolled company iPhones and iPads.

Where is client data hosted?

Customer data is hosted in the United Kingdom, with encrypted off-server backups in the EU. Details of our service providers and their processing locations are published in our Sub-processors list.
