What new Apple Business still leaves to the release operator
Apple Business is a substantial device-management foundation. Apple's public guidance says a device must be enrolled before administrators can view critical facts, send apps or settings, or push commands. That leaves unmanaged app access as a separate operating requirement.
Apple exposes installation states such as Install Pending, Installed and Install Failed. AppDeploy adds a deterministic diagnosis and next action by correlating the wider evidence around a deployment rather than presenting the state alone.
Apple also says every Custom App version goes through App Review, typically taking one to two days, and an approved app cannot switch between public and private distribution without a new app record.
